Ingredients
18 Eggs
9 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
1.5 teaspoon yellow mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons Hot sauce(to taste)
2 teaspoons Paprika
Method/Directions
- Boil Eggs (see methods below)
- In big glass or metal bowl add ice and water
- Put eggs bowl
- Let cool for 4 mins
- Peel eggs and set aside on plate
- Cut eggs long way and place yolk in medium size bowl and casing on a plate
- Mash up yolks with fork or potato masher
- Add mayonnaise/salad dressing,mustard,salt,pepper, and hot sauce to yolk bowl
- Stir with spoon until smooth
- Take teaspoon and scoop back mixture into casing
- sprinkle Paprika on top of eggs
- Place in fridge
Boiling Eggs
Boil Eggs Instapot Method
- Add Cup of water
- Add 18 Eggs
- High pressure 8 minutes
- Normal release
Boil Eggs Stovepot Method
- Put eggs in a pot cover with cold water
- Boil (6 to 10 mins)
TIPs:
- Use week old eggs they peel better
- Use smoked Paprika
- When making less than 18 eggs rule of thumb for amount of mayo or salad dressing is divide number of eggs by 2 and that is number of tablespoons for example 12 eggs = 6 tablespoons
