Norma's Chicken and Pineapple

Ingredients
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
2 Tablespoon Oyster sauce
2 Tablespoon Soy sauce
1/4 Cup Ginger wine
1 Teaspoon Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Can Pineapple Chunks
2 Chicken Breasts
1/2 Teaspoon Ginger
1 Teaspoon Cornstarch
1 Teaspoon Garlic
1/2 Cup Chicken Broth or Water
2 Tablespoon Oil
Method/Directions
- Cut up chicken breasts place in medium bowl
- Season with black pepper, garlic powder, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and ginger wine
- Mix and set aside for 15 to 30 mins
- Preheat Wok or Pan to medium high heat
- Brown Garlic in oil 30 seconds
- Add Chicken
- Cook on medium high for 3-4 min.
- Add Ginger
- Cook down 1 min
- Open pineapple and drain 2oz juice in small dish
- Add rest of juice to most of pineapple juice from dish
- Make it cook down 3-4 min.
- Add Brown Sugar to Wok
- Add Cornstarch to small dish with pineapple juice and mix
- Add Cornstarch Pineapple juice mixture
- Cook 2-3 min
- Add pineapple chucks
- Taste and add soy or oyster, or brown sugar, etc. until you like taste
- Cook down for another 3-4 min on medium
